  2. Expedited Delivery: Delivered within 1-3 business days for select locations.
  3. Priority Shipping: Next-business-day delivery in major cities.

Delivery times may vary depending on the product’s availability, location, and unforeseen factors.

Shipping Charges

  • Standard Delivery: Free for orders above ₹1000.
  • Expedited Delivery: Charges calculated at checkout.
  • Priority Shipping: Charges calculated at checkout.

Shipping costs will appear during checkout before you confirm your order.

Delivery Preferences

  • You can choose your preferred delivery address during checkout.
  • We offer delivery to residential addresses, offices, and pickup points (where available).

Missed Deliveries

If you’re unavailable at the time of delivery:

  1. Our courier partner will attempt delivery up to two more times.
  2. You can also reschedule delivery or arrange pickup from the nearest hub.

Late Deliveries

While we strive to meet delivery timelines, delays can occur due to unforeseen circumstances. If your order hasn’t arrived by the estimated date, please contact us, and we’ll assist you promptly.

Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your order is damaged during transit or a package is missing:

  1. Contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery.
  2. Provide a detailed description and images of the issue.
    We will investigate and ensure a resolution, which may include a replacement, refund, or store credit.

Changes to Your Order

  • Before Shipping: You can modify your delivery address or cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it.
  • After Shipping: Unfortunately, we cannot make changes once the order is shipped.

Return to Sender

If an order cannot be delivered and is returned to us, we will notify you. Re-dispatching charges may apply.
